Nana Akosua Akyaa Aforo-Banuah has 10 years of experience in Management and Administration
within multinational, for profit and non-governmental organizations in development and business
development. She is a hands-on trainer who combines excellence with passion to attain organizational
goals with limited resources. Nana has Psychology with Sociology first degree and a further MBA in
Business Administration and Human Resource Management. She has worked with top management
and strategic leaders in diverse sectors in Africa, Australia and the U.K. She is the CEO of Upsurge
Consult and has supported projects funded by the African Capacity Building Foundation and the
European Union.
